This is a "No Vacation" tournament!
Hello,
I would like to invite you to the Martix_VI tournament.
I will start the tournament myself as soon as there are 48 players registered.
I want to make my tournaments as enjoyable as possible. And I have several rules which should hopefully help with that. I will try to make sure that all players are in accordance with these rules before I start the tournament.
If you don't like these rules, feel free to join a different tournament. I really don't have time to discuss the rules, so I will not do that.
Rules:
1) Max. rating - 1450
(I will try to kick anyone over that rating out of the tournament before the start.)
2) Days per move - 3
3) Minimum games played - 100
(I hope this will filter out anyone who haven't played enough games yet and his rating might suddenly climb much higher than 1450 after the start.)
4) Maximum simultaneous games - 100
(The purpose of this rule is to keep out players with an extreme number of simultaneous games - because from my experience they pretty much ALWAYS slow the tournaments down significantly. At the same time however I want to give the players with less simultaneous games a freedom to play in their pace.)
5) Maximum Timeout: 5 %
6) Vacation time is not allowed!
NOTE! I reserve the right to remove any player for whatever reason before the start of the tournament.
I will only enforce these rules before the start of the tournament!
