A day per move, 5 people in each group, 20 groups, 2 advance in each group
No Vacation time allowed,

No minimum games, due to OPEN , and if some newcomers joins and doesnt play, oh well, a day per move.

I am gonna keep it to 3 days/move. People who are joining will have to have 50 games done with <3 hours/move and as well as 5% timeouts, with no vacation allowed. People joining this tournament will probably be fast, sorry if you do not want it 3 days/move.
