This tournament is the same as the ones we normally have, except I put a rating cap at 1000 in order to give some of our newer players a chance at standing on the podium. I'm thinking now that there are more participants, I'll do these more often if they're popular enough.
(We'll still do the OPEN rating tournaments which are open to everyone of course).
