Rules - Entering the Tournament, Prizes & joining the club:
1. To win, you must be a club member. You MUST join BEFORE the end of the first round, otherwise you cannot win prizes.
2. Club's decisions are final.
3. If you've timed-out, you're not eligible.
4. One prize per winner.
5. Standard competition rules apply.
6. Please note that out of respect to the countries we represent, we do not accept members who are hostile towards them or pro any of their enemies, in ANY way. That includes displaying certain images, icons, etc. Please read the club's rules as soon as you join to ensure you comply & don't get banned. Please do not join if you dislike any of our member-countries.
7. The same rule applies (as rule 6) in joining this tournament. If you display hostile icons/images against our member-nations, you will be removed from the competition.
8. We respect the rules of chess.com, which supersede our rules, should a contradiction exist.

We are almost done with phase one which will give us two players from every pool. As per our rules, any player who is not a member of our club (SIR) BEFORE the end of round one, is NOT eligible to win any of the prizes.
This is a tournament arranged by our club, hence these rules. To join the club, read the rules, which prizes will be won and other info, please see links below.
