With a capacity of 96 players, the 3rd Annual Paper Chess Challenge is a balanced system designed for all players looking for a fresh look on tourneys.
96 players will be divided into 24 groups. These groups are compiled of 4 players each. The two players in each group with the best score moves on to the next round. As each round progresses, the player amount is cut in half.
96 players= 24 groups
48 players= 12 groups
24 players= 6 groups
12 players= 3 groups
And then we will enter the round of 6. This round of six will be very mysterious since you cannot have one and a half groups. Most likely, we will have the last six split into two groups. The top two from each convert to four and then we enter death match!
