New Brunswick Chess'n Math Association ( looking for a new president )

  New Brunswick is presently looking for a President for the Chess'n Math Association. The responsibilities include: 

- Coordinating participation in the Maritime Championship

-   Overseeing and supporting school and district finals

- Answering questions

-   Distributing information and necessary forms

-  Coordinating provincial finals

- Registrations, certificates, name tags, signs

 - Purchases (t-shirts, trophies, equipment, etc.)

- Recruting volunteers

-  Coordinating participation in National finals

 - Registrations

 - Fundraising

- Making arrangments (travel, lodging, meals, cultural activities, etc.)

- Purchases (t-shirts, jackets, caps, etc.)

-  Developing chess participation throughout the province through presentations and fairs

-  Treasury

-  Organizing and hosting annual general meeting

 * Many people are willing to help out with many of these responsibilities.
