My Best Game on Chess.com so Far - Sacrificing a Rook for the Kill

For the last several days I was reading Vladimir Vukovic’s “The Art of Attack in Chess.” The book is very interesting and educational for both novice players and seasoned dogs. I think it inspired me to search for the attack and the combination constantly.

I am very proud of the game I show here partly because I calculated the variations in my head and not used the analysis board. Hopefully, I’ll soon be back in my tournament-going shape.
