Game 2 tie-break

Just curious about game 2. You know whenever you see a move that is not played but which (so you think) would be a game changer? And you have no one to share it with! Frustrating. But then you could be wrong. Afterall  you are second-guessing a Chessmaster; in this case Boris Gelfand.

Anyway, in game 2 tie-break, for those who like post mortem analysis, did anyone else see 21...Bg2?! This would threaten that Knight on d5 that was holding down the fort for Anand. White's Knight on e3 cannot take that B on g2 because it is pinned to his King. As it turned out Gelfand played 21...Nxe3??. Which just loses his Knight to no good purpose.

yes this was a very interesting game, i lost track of it eventually it went so fast! Gelfand definitely had good chances, i will enjoy playing it through when i have more time, it was a real rollercoaster.

Yes of course all the games are on the website where you can play thru them at your leisure. That's how I saw this one I'm talking about.
