@ThrillerFan
Isn't it still unfair that the Dutch and Benoni are split and the others, especially the King's Indian, aren't?

IMHO no, it isn't. The czech benoni and the modern benoni are completely unrelated openings, despite the similar name; they just can't be grouped together.
Anyway:

But the King's Indian has its crazy attacking Mar Del Plata line, and everything else is pretty much positional.
not really. All the king indian lines can be played in a variety of ways (for example, exd4 setups are rather out of fashion but can be played agaist just about every white setup) as it happens for every single opening on earth (even rather inflexible lines like the czech or stonewall can be played in different ways). Still, the various KID variations as a whole have a lot of recurring themes, while you can hardly imagine two openings more different that the czech and modern benoni. The term "benoni" merely refers to those lines where black plays c5 while allowing d5, grouping the various benoni together would be a bit like saying that the grunfeld and KID are the same since they both involve g6.

The list is based on Black defenses to d4, NOT variations of Black Defenses. The Old Benoni, Modern Benoni, Czech Benoni, and Benko Gambit are 4 different openings. The Stonewall Dutch, Leningrad Dutch, and Classical Dutch are 3 different openings. The Mar Del Plata, Four Pawns Attack, Saemisch, etc, are different VARIATIONS of the SAME OPENING! They are broken down by opening, not by variation. The fact that 3 of them are Dutches is like how a large number of them are "Indian" defenses. The "King's" Indian and "Nimzo" Indian are not the same thing, The "Classical" Dutch and the "Stonewall" Dutch are not the same thing either.
Hope this clarifies the distinction.

Pretty much the same rules but with openings. (Jut copied and pasted the instructions)
Heal your favourite Openings! Hurt the ones you hate!
I have selected a list of 15 popular Openings that occur after 1.d4 without 1...d5.
Each opening starts off with 20 health. Every hurt deals 2 damage, whilst each heal restores 1 health. Once a opening reaches 0 health, it is ELIMINATED.
