Which openings lead to opposite side castling after d4?

since chances are you'll be playing c4 on your next move or a few later... probably not the best idea to castle queenside. its also the problem that if you play 1.d4, its mostly going to be black who picks the opening.

if you wanna castle queenside play 1.e4. sicilian will bring you there more often than not. some kings gambit games ive played has black running to get his king to the queenside. and if they try to close it up itll give you time to castle long. theres a variation against the french you can run which will have you castling queenside as well: reti gambit? i believe? b3 second move afte e6 from black.

but ya, i get my rating is a little low to be helping anyone, but since youre looking to expand queenside after 1.d4, its just not a good idea.
