extension membership without permission

From my fathers paypal account 50 euro`s was written off. Because of an automatic extention. I did not give permission to do so when i became a new member.

I did not get a reminder in time.

How hard is it to ask for a refund on chess.com?

It's not hard at all although it might take a week or so (based on previous posts).  You want to send this to the Billing department:

    Dog, I think he's a kid who used his father's pay-pal without authorization. Then he got hell from his Dad when he found out.

I`m 30 years old since my birthday on last wednesday. I dont live with my parents. Just so you know. I just dont have a creditcard or paypal account. Otherwise i would have payed with ideal.
