no it doesn't. or at least for me on chrome but I can't change browser because when I go onto IE8 my computer crashes and I am not going to down load firefox

if you are using google Chrome then it doesn't work but it did before

Chrome hasn't been able to insert images for a long time (google-chrome-refusing-to-insert-pictures at least a year) - and it still can't.

Why not? it's the best browser IMO.
Personally I use Firefox a lot, but I hate it's memory leakage that causes it to crash periodically after long use.

I sometimes have 20+ tabs open and it never crashes. Experiences vary, I guess.
I think it's fixed - testing...
