Under 700s made an alliance with under 900s to finish us.

I think Under 1000 makes more sense and by that rule you too are out.

Yes, but when i say under - 700 s i mean they are actually part of the under900s that is not higher than 700 rating. The same happens to the UNDER-600s and under-500s (if they even exist)
