What is the formula for calculating how much vacation time you get per day? does anyone know?

STARTING VACATION

All new Chess.com accounts start out with 7 days of vacation time. 

ACCRUAL

All members then accrue an additional 2 vacation days per month added on (1 on the 1st, 1 on the 15th). 

my opponent has signed up for too many games and ends up using his vacation time to "extend" the time limit of each game... Consequently, the only 3 games left in this round of a tournament are his... This is obnoxious, but to make matters worse, yesterday he had 23 hours of vacation remaining... now he is up to 5 days 6 hours.  I thought there was a plan to handle these types of abuses?

I am in tournaments where there has been one game left in the round for several months, again from people using their vacation to creep forward their games.  Is thee going to be a change soon?!?
