What happened to my chess board & Sneaky Business?

I like how you have a reply button on your welcome email but when you go to reply and after you have typed out your message and hit reply you find out you have to send a friend request first and be accepted, and then again only to find out that you don't accept friend requests so it's all a waste of time anyway. This is exactly what America is getting damn tired of. This wishy washy stuff just to get people to sign up which to me would do the exact opposite so someones not thinking there. Plus I've read the community page and see that you have quite a few members that are having the same problem I am only to be frustrated by nothing ever getting resolved, so my question is when will this be taken care of the chess board not loading anymore when it once did and for years. I've been playing this for years on this site then all of a sudden one day i can't get in because it says a couple of things one being that of mulitple domains you use and/or the applet that you use which i don't even get a option anymore to run. So is this some kind of ploy to get us who use the basic to sign up for the pro? If it is then it's badly managed. Who would want to pay for a site that for over a half a year can't get this one problem taken care of. I suggest reading the community page that relates to the same problem I'm having and you guys do something about it. I've set my security settings down which i don't like to do in the first place but you suggested setting it to medium. I've put you in my exceptions list. I've even turned off my firewall to see if that would help but it seems like you have covered everything to not let someone who is not paying the ability to play. At least it seems that way since it's taken you so long to remedy this problem. Like I said I played this game for a few years then nothing. I get the board with the Error. Click for details on the top right of the empty box or border. I've also did everything to java one can do to allow your sight and nothing? It's a shame cause i like this site the best out of any chess site i've been on...It's a shame that it seems all you have to do is sign something with java to recitfy this problem.
