Well,I was playing against computer so no need to worry about that.

Ok my Idea would be: opening on c and d. Notice the b pawn is still undefended and the bishop on g7 is on the same diagonal. Nc3 would be my first move. Attack on d5 and the c4 pawn is still defended enough. After the computer's move (probably something like defending d5 more). You can Nd2(other knight). You should do that maybe even before the other move. All your pieces can be active before opening up the structure.
after that I see possibilities of opening on c and e with your pawns, preferrably c.
The advantage of initiative is good in a stuck position like this.

1-cxd Bxd then 2-Bxd Qxd then 3-Nc3 ( attack on the Queen an a pawn )Qh5 to defence his pawn then 4- Qc2 to attack on a pawn if he defence by any piece u can sacrefice your knight and take his knight with pawn thus
