This is a popular position where an angine can't see the moves to win the white . Can you help me?

Do you mean computers can't see the win for white? Black has a weak king position but black does have a material advantage of a pawn and the exchange.

It is not surprising that white would have trouble winning.

The computer says that white can win a pawn and black's queen for his two pieces, but is that enough?

Black looks pretty solid.

This person is likely some odd sort of troll.  This is second post on this position, and he referred to an "angine" in the first one as well, and was corrected.  In that post, he claimed that an FM told him the same position was mate in 3 "but the angine couldnt see it".  So just ignore him.
