well i have some more free time, so here's a couple more famous games for everyone. the first game is steinitz vs. von bardeleben:

the second game features a couple big names, capablanca vs. marshall. this 1918 game showcased marshall's novelty which is now known as the Marshall Gambit. Capablanca is forced to contend with a very strong attack and he finds himself on the brink.

here's another amazing game between alexander alekhine and emanuel lasker. alekhine was in his prime at the time, and lasker was starting to show his age, but was still a very strong player.

I don't think Steinitz gets the credit he deserves today because of his losses to
Lasker.  That game is genius.  One must remember Steinitz was much older and
not in his prime when he played Lasker.
