An excellent game ! You had the guts to play an open attacking game and were rewarded for it. Besides, you didn't miss tactical opportunities nor miscalculate (as far as I can see) 
Your opponent played "book", but you played "chess" ! 
Thanks for all your compliments! I realized I miswrote my calculations, but going back over the game after Qh5+, I corrected them in my self-annotations. I'm really glad I got to play such an open, tactical game - it was both exciting and, dare I say, a little pride-boosting.

Great job, but there's one error with your analysis. After 13. Nf5
"Even though my e-pawn is hanging, I have some tactics of my own to keep material even. If 13...Qxe4 then 14.Nxd6+!, winning my pawn back, as I fork the Queen and King and trade material evenly. I also take away his Bishop pair, which is a small concession."
If 13. ... Qxe4, the queen hangs to the knight on c3.

Ah, whoops! It's been two months since that game, and I've improved a lot since then, but I'm still proud of it, thanks for pointing out the error. :) Have to go find my book so I can rewrite the analysis.
Yeah, I found that out about a month ago at my first tournament when my opponent called me out. Luckily I didn't get a forfeit, but I now know much better and rely purely on visualization!
Sure made me feel stupid when everyone was staring, though.
