As pointed out this is a very famous mate named Legals mate... however I would vote for a name change to the way more descriptive Straightjacket mate

I would like to inform all that this is not NAMED Legall's mate. It is called the Blackburne Trap. A Legall's mate is one where you sacrifice a major piece, most likely a queen, for checkmate with minor pieces.
In this case the sacrifice was actually an outright blunder. 5. Nxe5?? Nxe5 and white just gave up a piece for a pawn and is likely to go on to lose the game.

Heck, I'll even help out here.
The "Straightjacket Mate", as shown by the OP, is actually called Legal's Mate. There is a Legal's Trap during the Italian game which transposes about the same.
aight i just discovered that it's called the Legal's Mate, didn't know that before, no infringement or anything intended. Pretty cool # tho. Straightjacket sounds btr anyway.
This was my winning game in a tournament and I gave it that nickname.
