We didn't change anyting related to what you are saying. There were bugs in Diagrams before, and they will be fixed in near future. But we don't know about video label issues for your tablet. Can you give a screenshot please?

Is your chat doesn't work for all daily games, or for some specific? can you give a web link to that game?

What else is not working for you? We should know what exactly to fix. What is not working for you may work for us in some certain circumstances.

I'm getting the following error when i press this Play button. The only rating range i can find to change is under the new game option and that's set to +-500 of my current rating.

My Bwvanl game is stuck in the notifications, each time a new move is played in another game this one joins the notifications.. but the game is already resigned by me.

@roger, the chat problem is intermittent, and currently resolved by restarting. I'll let you know if the problem pedsists beyond the next build. Which based on your recent frequency will be in a few days :-)

The symptom on both S3 and Tab2 was that all the chat was missing even though some of the chat was in the notification of Android. Also there was a translucent rectangle expecting input.

The problems I'm having are

Pawn promotion

Laggy feel

Not as quick or smooth for finding opponent in blitz

Screen scrolling when playing. Try to castle or move a piece along the ranks, the board can scroll making tricky to make the move you want

Chat in game seems to work sometimes other times not.

After game you cannot review the whole game... You can back track thru moves till a certain point then it will flash back to the end position.

I like the new app, I can't wait for it to be right, but until then I'll keep using the classic app to play.....the new app costs you games you were winning with all its current foibles

Vladimir, I just played a 3 minute game after the update and was able on this game to promote.  

I will say this, I have in the past had games that would promote and then others would not... so I will keep you posted... other thing we could do... is just find some agreeable time and play each other and just try and promote and do some "live testing" - - -I do not care about rating I just want the app to work. - -  Greg

Thank you guys, we are working hard and improving chess.com app every day. You still able to use chess.com Classic app meanwhile if you pefer. Thank you again!

Going in and out of analysis mode in a daily game sometimes puts it in a state where an actual move is not accepted. Instead it goes back to the state before the move. Samsung S3. Resolution is to go back to home and start over, and make move without going in to analysis.

Customize theme runs the device out of memory. Sometimes going into chat makes the board transparent, but the chat doesn't appear. Samsung Tab 2. Also when I go back to the app after this happens the app crashes.

App is still not stable. And let's not forget the list of videos where there are no descriptions, yet I get descriptions on my S3 phone. You would think the code would be modular enough that the same call to load up a phone would be the same code to load up a tablet. But then I guess I'd be wrong.

And now I am seeing that chat is deleted from one of my games. Please fix the app

Any chance of displaying user ratings, both mine and my opponents and putting my revised rating as one of the displays on the completed games display

Device: Samsung Galaxy S4 I've noticed that when reviewing tactics, i.e. going to Performance and checking past tactics, the app kind of gets stuck there. I can't hit the back button to return to the performance screen, and if I pull up the sidebar-menu and try to hit Tactics again, it just brings me back to the same analysis board. Sometimes I can fix it by going to Home and then going to Tactics, but sometimes I have to manually close the app and reopen it. On a side note, are there any plans to add conditional move functionality to daily chess in the app? Keep up the good work guys!

Version is terrible. ..terrible. ..terrible. to start- no home page / unable to access dozens of features

When using chat for daily game hreedwork v rgreed the app crashes. Repeatedly. BTW none of the chat is displayed before crash. Never gets that far. The spinning chess square gets stuck then crashes. Samsung S3, Verizon, all up to date.
