How should you improve your calculation in otb games please help me out here

I think the OP means calculating moves, not ratings.

My suggestion (in all its simplicity) is that you should practice calculation more. For instance, practice by putting a certain position (e.g. from a master game) on the board and trying to calculate the best continuation from that position. Then check your work with an engine, and repeat the process. Practice makes perfect.

Just practice by trying to foresee what could happen without moving the pieces. Also replay the solutkn f failed puzzles in your head.

Mate in 2 studies, or pawn endgames. In pawn endgames, its very important to calculate it all out.

Dvoretsky's School of Champions 2, pawn endings, and Aagard's "Right Decisions" Chessbase CD.  The calculation section (it doesn't only have attacking sequences but also defending problems too where you obtain equality or even an advantage parrying the other guy's initaitive) is the bread and butter but there' s a pawn endgame section and positions for playing against Fritz section.
