Huge difference in performance when playing as white vs playing as black

Okay, so I did a quick little canvass using my game archive (only for the last 4 weeks, as those are the only ones avaliable to me). I've played in total 48 live standard game. 20 with white, and 28 with black.

With the games played as white I have a win rate of 61 percent (14 games won, 9 lost or drawn). With black I have a dismal win rate of 32% (with only 8 games won and 20 lost/drawn). Even though these are only stats for the past four weeks, I've been having this issue for a while.

I know there should be some disparity between the colors because of the first move advantage, but this is a very large and significant difference. Any ideas on what may be causing this?

From what I've seen of my games I have a great deal of trouble getting my pieces to coordinate as black. I can almost never set up a coherent attack. I might try something dynamic but it'll always fizzle out, and I'll be left in a  worse position, or with less material.

You don't have enough games to be statistically relevant, you need a much larger population sample, say 500 games with white and 500 with black before you can draw any conclusions and check the standard deviation between white/black wins, etc.

What openings are you playing at black?

Something tells me that you're not playing 1...e5

As white I exclusively play Sicillian or King's Gambit. As black, I usually use Alekhine's defense, more recently I've tried switching to 1... e5. I lose pretty much every game my opponent opens with 1. d4
