I may or may not like to be kissed, depending on who's doing the kissing. But chances are, anyone who is willing to kiss me, I probably wouldn't want to be kissed by. Sorta like the "I wouldn't join any club that wants me as a member" thing.

But anyway, something just occurred to me... what is it about kissing that makes the vast majority of the human population like it so much? I mean, by the standards of disgustingness that most people have regarding bodily fluids, intimate contact, etc, it should seem disgusting rather than pleasant. And unlike sex, it's not something that happens naturally. It's more of a social construct,like a strange mating ritual, but one that humans are not naturally inclined to participate in. So... why kissing?
