Well it's a pretty vast subject to just be explained in a few examples.

what part of positional play are you having trouble with? (ex-why a bishop pair is good, many pawn islands bad etc)

or just how to play postionally in general?

The right book will help. Given that you're a diamond member, you really should visit the  Chess Mentor tool have IM Jeremy Silman beat some positional sense into you. (He's doing a pretty great job making fun of my move choices ... )

In general, (I understand bishop pairs, pawn structures) especially when people say they are positional players more than tactical players
