Help!

I'm playing live games and the info box at the bottom right of the screen keeps tabs on who won/lost, etc. and from time to time an oppontent offers a re-match, or posts a general comment.

How do I respond, or how do I add my own offer or comments in that block?

Additionally sometimes after a game I hit the "rematch" button to offer my opponent another game but nothing happens?

I'm new here, so bear with me and any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.

This is where you enter text to reply to your opponent during a game.

When you offer a rematch, it may be possible your opponent has already left live chess.
