talking at a tournament

one thing that annoys me at a tournament is people that does not understand to be quiet. Two player were playing a fast game and after the game they were sitting and analyzing the game. - talking. (they even have room for analyzing games- next door)

Another player asked them to be quiet. but they kept on talking.

I have tried in other tournaments to address it to the arbiter but there was no consequences and the players kept talking.

I guess if the arbiter is friends with players talking it is kind of difficult to say something.

Earplugs work too.

If you complain to the arbiter and he does nothing then tell him you will complain to FIDE , in writing, about his lack of action..... he HAS to do something or else he may not be an arbiter for long......
