Aborted by Server?

I just joined today and was set up in a match, but each time I got "game aborted by server" and was unable to play.

Why is this happening?  I would like to play a game.  

What browser and operating system are you  using?

I am working with Explorer 9 and my system is Windows 7 Home Premium.

If you take more than 15 to 20 seconds to make your first move as either white or black the server "auto-aborts".  I think I remember staff trotting this out as a "new and improved feature" not long after I joined.  I forget the problem it fixed....

I moved immediately.  The server then aborted the game.

As an update, I was able to play a game on a friends computer to test it out today.  This computer is Explorer 8 and the system is Windows 7. 

But in order for me to pay for the premium membership at the end of this week, I'm going to have to be able to play at home.  Hopefully the problem can be resolved.  :(

try a  better browser..Internet explorer is too trivial and buggy...try chrome ,,its best to play chess here.....

or try clearing the browser's cache....

Thanks rybka...I downloaded Chrome on my laptop and played a game and it worked.  Hopefully that solves the problem for good!  Thanks again for everyone's help.
