Email Help 2

I had this problem a while back. It was never truly fixed, though it went away for a while. It's back.

When I tried to open this email, all I got was the reply box. It did NOT let me read the body of the email at all. Clicking 'reply' got the screen to jiggle a bit, but that was it. I don't know why this problem is still here after six months, but it needs to be fixed.

Seeing as I was trying to retrieve a password, this is immensly frustrating and frankly inexcusable. This should have been fixed ages ago. Can someone please fix this for me? I'm sure I'm not the only one having this problem. I wound up changing my email for this account to my gmail address to make sure it doesn't happen again. I've been having to do that a lot lately.
