DOES ANYONE KNOW WHY THE GAMES IN PROGRESS TOTAL ALWAYS APPEARS TO BE INCORRECT?

MINE SHOWS i HAVE 9 GAMES IN PROGRESS - i HAVE WELL OVER 20

I have had mine "fixed" a couple of times but keeps getting it wrong... oh well, I dusted off the ole abacus... hehe..

Perhaps only the games are counted where 'progress' is being made?
