How many moves were made? If its fewer than 3 or 4 the rating wont change.

I think the games were under 3 moves (?) or something like that. If there aren't enough moves made, the game counts as aborted, no rating will be affected.

If the game lasts less than four moves then the game will not change rating.

WRong.  I just resigned a game where I'd made 3 moves, my opponent 2.  I resigned thinking it would not effect my rating, but it did.  I lost 34 points.  I resigned because Aniko has about a 1000 games going and takes days for EVERY move.

Thats because you resigned. A loss on time is a different story, at least until the abort option dissappears.

NO difference when its a loss its a loss time or resign its the same score effect. The person lost points because it would have been at least 4 moves made before they chose to resign....Cool

It is, exactly as Fritz claims (I checked the game)... what happened to the 4 move rule here? Can anyone explain please?

Appears there was an unannounced change in policy.

See post #7 of this forum topic. "All games that you resign count against your rating once the game starts, regardless of length.
