you need a to change your browser yours is google crome i bet right ,,download safari and after you downloaded safari then uninstall google crome it happen to me to now it works perfect ,this should help you good playing see you in the chat!!!

I am having the exact same problem. I have the latest java version installed. Using Chrome.
its not java its google crome the cause of all your trouble and what ever leiph says , down load safari first, than uninstall google crome,safari will work on windows, trust me and your pc will work faster!!!.
When I play or watch somebody else's game moved pieces do not move, they just stay where they are although piece's initial and moved squares are highlighted. They move only if I click on them. On the castling pieces get messed up uncontrolably. Please, help.
