exactly.. I posted a thread for this.. they should ban that troll
Please stop this spam flood!

Actually, I got it wrong. Last count was 47 threads in 43 minutes.
It cant be rocket science to make a filter to catch that.

Come on guys, 1 gone, another user name has taken over. Clearly some moderator is on, just monitor and take action!

As you said, there should be some restriction on the number of posts per day or something

Ya know, a few months ago I received a message from cc that stated they were looking for new staff members. I'm sure many that received the same message deleted it. I applied. Crazy? Sure. But, these bots would be eliminated instantly every time I went online.
Roop, I understand making this a topic, but, I also have been a here for more than a month. And, fact is, cc is often asleep behind the wheel.

I think there should be an easily accessible list of mods currently online, an an easy option to 'ping' them immediately if such a problem occurs.

They would be swamped with pings from all the children needing their nappies changing.
Easily fixed. Abuse of this leads to some form of penalty. Maybe disabling this feature, or something else. I'm sorry, but atm I have little sympathy for staff being swamped. For 2 days I (actually, all forum users) was being swamped, If the flood turns away from me towards staff, I think it's only right and proper.

I can't wait to learn en passant.

I've been complaining for months, and many posters have suggested perfectly viable ways for Chess.com to fix this problem:

(Note that not one member of staff has posted)

I have to agree that there should be some limitation, although I am not sure about the details. I wouldn't mind if non premium members only can start 1 forum/day for example.

You will never become a staff member here. You lack the maturity and temperment for it. Did you honestly think that you would be a suitable staff member here?
That's about as ridiculous as the site hiring me as a staff member.
Come on, chess.com. This has been going on for 2 days.
Recently I think 7 new moderators were appointed, what are they doing?
Just limit number of new topics a member can make to 1 per hour or something. Geez, a 2 hour old account posting 36 new topics? Come on, do SOMETHING.
