On my online page it says that i currently play 9 games
But when i calculate my current games, i count 11

A bit strange, someone knows the reason ?

I hypothesise that the player statistics database is updated periodically (twice a day, say) rather than immediately after each game. Hence there is a lag in the game counts.

That's sounds acceptable, but i finished two today, do not remember starting two ;)

Sounds like it could be this problem again.

If it doesn't readjust you will need staff to update it manually.

I have the same thing 6 games in progress on my stats page  but I actually have 13.

It has been like this for days but not a problem for me it will sort out some time.

chess.com is trying to making you think you're playing less chess than you are.

Notice now that by some it's lower and some higher
i look always to that number the moment i login, to avoid accepting to many games so it would be nice if it's accurate.

Just finish one and directly it is changed 8 written, 10 ongoing

It's got my number right: 34.

The majority of wrong ones seem to be off by 2.

And we trust the same computer to analyse our games..

I am not worrying about the analyse engine, becourse if there's a bug, it will be different then this one

And i am not to worried about the miscount eighter, only point it out foor others to know they are not alone, and in the hope they find a proper sollution

You're only playing 8 properly; in the other 7, you're just messing about.
