Why can't I chat with Firefox?

I have the same problem with Mozilla (I know you're not supposed to use it but I never get d/c). It's really annoying because you cme across as very rude when someone says hello and you can't say hello back!
May you please explain about "chatting is the strongest part of my game"???
Hey Kajsa! I have had no problem chatting using Firefox, and I always use Firefox on chess.com. Perhaps version/update?
could it be the fire wall or pop up blocker?
you should be able to chat with firefox. it works on my computer, and I am using firefox.
UPDATE: You ight be able to scroll down the Live Chess window to see it.
hey girlfriend, i use mozilla firefox & have never had a problem with the chats. im not sure if theres a difference between firefox & mozilla firefox? my experience with computers is limited to about 6 months. challenge me sometime soon. btw, i like christina too. iv been following her since gennie in a bottle.

That's not a problem with the browser; that's either your computer's fault, or your internet connection. I too use Firefox, and I have not a single problem with Live Chess, well, aside from playing badly.
Hi, when I play live chess with Safari I can chat, but with Firefox I can't see the chat box. Does anyone else have this problem? It's important to me, because chatting is the strongest part of my game.
