It gets really annoying when your opponent runs the clock out instead of resigning. When is Chess.com going to take serious actions against those who do this?? Member rpark712 offered me a draw twice (they were down a lot of material.) when I declined he replied in the chat section (imma afk. bye.) whatever that means. He or she then proceeded to run the clock down for 10 mins!! This happens to me almost on a daily basis. Please moderators, please take real action against the members who do this...

apparently the only way to avoid this is with a surprise mate they don't see.
How rude. Happened to me only once but that was a painful wait.
The site does automatically take note when someone does this and there is a penalty.

Didn't they used to end a game after a few minutes? I just sat and watched the clock tick down for 8 minutes. Whats up with that?
