Becoming Muted

Recently, I typed in a rude word. However it was clearly directed to a friend on at the same time, this friend is not a Chess.com friend, it was a school friend. So, I received a warning [I didnt't pay attention to it and ignored it] so i typed what I intended to say again. Now I am muted in Live Chess. As I am a premium member and it was clearly directed to a 'home friend', is there any chance of me becoming non-muted? And I did pay for premium membership. Also, is it a temporary mute or a full-time mute?

The mute should be temporary, particularly if it were done automatically.

There is a bot that does so, and it's well-known that it isn't always perfect.
