"Aborting" warning bug

Prior to several of my recent games, I have been warned by this site (not its staff) to not intentionally abort games. The pattern goes like this: I send a challenge, my challenge is accepted, and a tab for a new game is opened. Soon thereafter, I get the warning that I shouldn't be intentionally aborting games, even though I hadn't done so. Has anyone else experienced this? Thank you for your assistance.

its a friendly reminder and nothing serious unless you abort many games intentionaly,you may get blocked from playing for sm time.

I can't recall getting this warning in the past prior to a game, though I did sometimes get it after aborting a game. The sanction for aborting too much is not being able to abort a game, not getting temporarily blocked from playing.
