Religion in Blogs

I had a question. What are your feelings on someone posting and talking about their religious beliefs on a blog here on chess.com? I know it has been banned from the forums, but a blog is more personal. Are there rules that govern what can be posted on a blog? After all, you don't have to read a blog if you don't want to, and a blog is not for debate like for forums are notorious for.

    What do you think?

Hmm I wonder about that too...maybe as long as they are not breaking the site rules and is keep it to themselve I suppose is ok.

Judging from empirical evidence, I would say that blogspace is 'sacred' and you can write anything there - within reason!

Yes, in the forums, but what about in a blog? Shouldn't you be able to post anything you like in your blog?

Well lets see... I could go get lots of pics that will make people hate me....
This is not one of them, but I can easly get the real bad stuff:

Just imagine what there is out there; heck I have a picture of Hitler riding a unicorn, nothing is left alone.

I've posted a couple of religious type blogs and no one has said anything to me about it. I think it is perfectly fine. It is your blog after all.

I like the pic in post 8.  I never expect a censor when I visit the internet (including this website).  I've been the unwilling observer of things worse than a religious discusion.. I could care less if their religion is the hatred of my religion, I don't mind.
