I've purchased a membership because I wanted to explore the openings and stats for my games.
However, it's not working for me, it only has 75 of my games, whereas I've played thousands.
I have googled for a solution, no luck. I found a couple of tidbits of info here and there (on the forums), and nothing in the FAQ. I sent a message to bcurtis (who over a year ago posted data would be fixed), as well as a support ticket about it. No responses to either.
Any ideas?
And dooes anyone know whether other sites out there support such a function?
If you look at the Membership chart, opening explorer and game explorer are not offered to Gold members. Therefore, it does seem a little unreasonable for you to complain...
But even if you had a higher level membership, the function that loads live games hasn't worked for at least 3 years:

There are periodic posts from staff in the thread. In particular, post #137 from CEO Erik (made 7 months ago) recognizes the frustration, explains the problem, states that they have made progress in loading correspondence games, apologizes and seems to say that they thought they had a possible solution for live chess games but realized that their existing servers and database structure just can't handle the addition of 1 million new games every day (much less enabling them to catch up on the hundreds of millions of games that were never loaded).
Other sites that do offer this? I have never heard of one. Please let us know if you find one that does. That might force them to fix the problem.
