You are just feeding the troll. And as far as this persons IP being blocked, that is what proxy is for a person can not be stopped from making accounts, you are practically begging a person to hop on a proxy and have fun messing with you by your reactions.

Proxies are detectable and blockable.
Yes proxies are indeed decetable and blockable, but some people NEED to use a proxy in order to access some sites, for example military soldiers over seas, and some college students as well. It is not right to just block all proxies b/c some people genuinly need them to access the sight. Most proxy users are not using them for malicious purposes.
The admins would need to ban these legitimate people who are honest players as well if they wanted to block all proxy.
Making a thread like this just feeds the guys ego who is messing with you, and will provoke him to be even more of a jerk b/c it sounds like he is just a troll. this thread can't feed them because they do not have access. Pretty much, all I have to do is report abuse w/o making a single comment.
I'd advise ignoring them. Showing them that it gets you worked up only encourages them to continue.

The user Windows-7_IDIOT is definitely a sockpuppet of someone on my blocked users list. Can staff please close his accounts and/or block his IP?
On a broader note, can people not create sockpuppets to annoy me? If you do, it's a violation of the TOS, and your public IP (the one visible to the entire Internet) is likely to be blocked.
