I'm trying to find a match between 300 and 700 at 4AM EST, and it's only finding a match around every half hour. I'm not going to stare at the matching screen for that long, so when it finds a game and is abandoned after a few seconds, I don't know until I check it a couple minutes later. In this thread http://www.chess.com/forum/view/help-support/cant-find-a-1510-match someone said it opens a new tab and plays a sound when it finds a match. It doesn't open a new tab for me, and I can't hear a sound because I'm listening to music. It is a very subtle sounding notification, and it wouldn't catch my attention after waiting 20 minutes anyway.
