live chess unaccessability

Currently, for what seems at least the 3rd time in the past couple weeks, the live site's not coming up.

Endless cycling of the cursor, followed by prompt that "live chess server is unavailable".

Any one know what's the deal ?

Does it have to do something with my username?

I see no. of players increasing in the live chess server. However, am not allowed inside! Why!?!? -_-

There is a problem apparently. I got the message that it is temporarily unavailable.

Are premium players getting preference?

How long does it normally take?

Looks like it is up now.

One point abt the "players online" count.

I think that counts ppl at the site, not necessarily active games...they may  be reading, watching vids, posting to forums, etc.

Similar. That number probably only counted peope as they logged in and would include even those like you and me who got part of the interface to load but didn't actually get in.

Dead in the water again, mid-game  4:30 EDST USA 5-18-2K15 .

I wonder how often this happens that's never mentioned.
