In my opinion I feel like it will be better if it was every 30 days or 60 days.

I know that 10% timeout ratio in turn based games barr you from all tournaments (unless changed by the creater, it is by default 10%). But why does it have to be every 90 days instead of every 30 days (roughly a month). I had a month where I was inactive and put my vacation time on. I ran out of vacation time and lost 10 games on time, and I went from 0% timeout ratio to 15% and I have to wait 90 days before I can do a tournament again??
