Support button not working

Hi guys,

I was going to email support to ask if they could find a record of a game (I have since found it myself so don't need it), only to find that the support feature doesn't seem to work. I'm using Microsoft Edge. The question mark button on the bottom left doesn't seem to do anything and going to https://www.chess.com/support which has been otherwise advised redirects to https://www.chess.com/home?help=show which just loads the home page and does nothing else (I think a popup is supposed to appear?)

OK, I tried using Google Chrome, still didn't work.

So I confirm, the support button does nothing right now

Perhaps they are currently upgrading their superb support bot

Or maybe there is no support at all any more
