Chess.com Club Support

Hello everyone! For clubs participating in the official Chess.com Clubs League, we are able to offer some support to interested clubs. To request support, please email both sam@chess.com and manuel@chess.com (in one email) with the subject line "Chess.com Clubs League: CLUB NAME", link your club and say who you are in the introduction, and follow all instructions below.

We expect lots of requests so please be patient as we attempt to assist everyone, and please provide as much info as possible.

Affiliate Status:

Participating clubs can receive affiliate status which will allow you to earn revenue through custom registration links. To claim affiliate, we need:

• The Chess.com username to associate affiliate with.
• A paypal email address to which we can send any earned revenue.

Custom Registration Pages:

Participating clubs can have a custom registration page on Chess.com. This is a registration link you can share so that people can easily create a Chess.com account AND be credited to your affiliate account and be added to your club. To claim a custom registration page, we need:

• Title: Title of the page.
• Language: Language to use in the landing page.
• URL: In the format, chess.com/l/PREFERREDURL
• Logo: A square club logo in the best resolution possible. .png and .jpg preferred.
• Text: A couple of paragraphs describing your club and your presence on Chess.com.
• Invite Message: A short message encouraging users to sign up and join your club.
• Success Message: A message thanking them for signing up and joining your community on Chess.com.

Custom Graphics:

Here is a Dropbox folder with access to the league's graphics assets (uploading tomorrow). We'll be expanding these as the season goes on, but you can access our photoshop files for the league thumbnails and streamer templates. You can also find many Chess.com assets available here.
