Congratulations to my amazing students!!

~Max Xu who tied for second place out of 25 people in the Saturday Night main event at St. Louis Chess Club!
~Alvin He who tied for third place out of 28 people in a tournament in Indiana
~Evan Jin who defeated two higher-rated players in the events on Saturday and Sunday and drew against another higher-rated opponent. He also gained rating!
~Shreyas Kota who tied for first place in his quad on Friday night and reached a new rating high!
~Yash Shelar who tied for first in the Sunday tournament hosted by Chess Cardinals. He reached a new rating high of 1255!!
~Soham Gadi who reached a new rating high in that same tournament!
~Adithya Ganesh who defeated a higher-rated opponent and drew another one and gained 50+ rating points
~Aryan Bezawada who gained 80+ rating points over the course of two events between Thursday and Sunday (both events hosted by Chess Cardinals)
~Hithesh Manojkumar who gained 60+ rating points during the same two events
~Samuel Lu, Charlie Glass, Yash Shelar, Oliver Maher, Zach Barrett, and Theo Elfenbein who won their games during the weekly high school chess league
