Congratulations for February 5

Weekly round of congratulations to my amazing students:
~Sudeep Vadderaju who tied for 4th place out of 24 people in the Saturday Night tournament in St. Louis Chess Club
~Abhinav Rao who also tied for 4th place. He also defeated a player rated 500 points higher than him
~Ishaan Sinha who defeated a player rated several hundred points higher than him at the Ladder event in St. Louis Chess Club
~Alvin He who defeated a much higher-rated opponent in the ladder event and gained rating
~Josh Thomadsen who defeated a number of opponents significantly higher-rated than him, gained about 200 rating points and reached a new rating high
~Shreyas Kota who won his group in the Friday Quad tournament
~Aryansh Tripathy who gained almost 100 rating points in the Chess Cardinals Thursday event
~Hithesh Manojkumar who gained 40+ rating points at the same event
~Charlie Glass, Shreyas Kota, and Yash Shelar who won their games during the weekly high school chess league
