Owing to the parser created by Dale00007 we are now able to parse and check all, even non-started games, so in round 8 we'll strictly apply multiteamer penalties and try to inform the teams about multiteaming players in advance.
See http://www.chess.com/groups/forumview/multi-team-play
If someone played for several teams earlier and does not agree with the home team attribution, he should leave a message in the topic.
Best Regards and good luck in your games.

Memo 2
About format and rule changes for the next year.
I shall update the competition results in January and see which teams will be in top-12 at that moment. Their admins will form a voting board and decide all the questions democratically.
Everyone is free to make suggestions in topic http://www.chess.com/groups/forumview/competition-format-for-the-next-year.
