Part 1, intro.
Every now and then we all play a game that ends, starts, or even occasionally draws with a humorous moment! This week I will be showcasing games which I have played that include something that I thought was funny! Plus a few games from my friends!!
Now, I may not be the funniest guy on Neptune, but I think because the title of this blog is "Those Few Funny Games" we should start with a chess joke. Here is one based off of an RP I had in a club! (I will link the club later in this blog)
Moving on from the intro, maybe you have noticed I did not get to the Champion league. I am still proud of elite so it is not too big of a deal. Maybe I will even be in the Champion league next time you visit my blog. Who knows!
Spoiler!! Recently, I got my 2nd ever brilliant move!! I will be making a blog in the near future and share my brilliant moves!! End of spoiler!!
Another thing that happened. Do you remember this blog? There was a user with the username @RwandaChessMaster who was banned. BUT NOW HE IS UNBANNED!! YAY
Part 2 of the blog, going forward from the intro.
Lets start with some chess games, but still something I want to get over with. Do you remember This blog about the Chesskid worldwide bullet championship? (Click the link to view the blog) Well, if you remember it well, I did not show round 11 because it was too "embarrassing". Now that it has been weeks since I played in that tournament, I go back to that one round that I did not share and ... it made me laugh! You can see it here and why it was so embarrassing. NOTE: it was played on Chesskid where I have a pretty high rating of 1500. Chesskid ratings are a bit different form Chess.com ratings. (The Chesskid worldwide bullet championship blog linked above gives a bit more information on Chesskid ratings)
Lets finally see round 11 from the Chesskid worldwide bullet championship and why it was such a hilarious disaster...
I am black.
My opponent was similar-rated to me and he also missed my checkmate?? Then I did not see the obvious checkmate for the second time and my opponent took his chance!
Anyway, let's move on. The next few games were just random open seeks, actually played on Chess.com. Note that the entire game(s) may not be all that priceless, although I made sure to point out a few funny things in the "comments after the moves" (Tip! These comments are called "annotations," Bonus points to those who already knew this!!).
Here is my first live open-seek game.
This puzzle is pretty much exactly what you would find in a puzzle!! That is why I saved the game and I thought it was funny.
Note, to avoid humiliating other players, I have removed their name from the chess game. In the game we just saw, I replaced my opponent's name with "black player."
The next game I will showcase features something else which you may find in a puzzle. Let's find out what it is;
So, that game was more like showcasing another win, but for sure there were a few funny moments. I even learned a few things from it!(I hope you did too!!)
Now, the next game here is a bit funny throughout the whole game. The white king is weak in the center of the board, and the black king is safe in the corner. Still, white is absolutely crushing black!!?? Let me show you what I mean, remember to read the annotations after the moves!!
I think it is still hard to believe that was a real game. My opponent even had 1,254 rating, which is more then what I had. I guess that knight saved my game and made my day.
Part 3, funny games chosen by friends.
Next... I asked my friends if they played any really funny games. That is what I will be showing in this part of the blog.

@FunnyKoala sent us this game!! Lots of free Kazakhstan chocolate to him!! He plays as black.
And ... our last club winner, @imbadatchessleavemealone, who plays as black in this game. Notice that this was a very long game.
Blog part 4. The mysterious game...
That's all for the games from that club! But we have one more game. It was a real game indeed from an anonymous user... hmmmm...
Blog part 5. The light at the end of the long tunnel is near.
Now we are getting near the end of this blog. But we have one more game. Although, this one is different. What makes it different? It is not real! I started from scratch to see how good of a funny game I could make! I haven't really made any games before, so this one might not be too good. But I will analyze it just as if it was a real game! Just treat it like those knock-off Oreo cookies when you cant find the real ones, know what I mean? I guess you don't. Nevermind. Let's see the game!
Part 6. Conclusion and further notices.
We are at the end. It is interesting to note that the funniest games are actually just from random open seeks, at least in my opinion. I guess a "perfect" chess game is impossible, and that even applies to how funny a chess game is!
Even though this was a blog featuring funny moments, I did learn a few new things while going back and reviewing my games. I hope you found something helpful too!!
